The Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel underwent a comprehensive structural and electrical recertification assessment as part of the City of Boca Raton’s building recertification requirements. The property, a five-story hotel containing 189 guest rooms, parking areas, and recreational amenities, required a detailed evaluation to assess the condition of its structural and electrical systems and identify any deficiencies affecting the facility’s long-term performance.

Our team performed extensive field investigations throughout the hotel, including guest room areas, hallways, exterior building components, pool deck structures, parking facilities, and common spaces. Through a combination of document review, site observations, and engineering assessments, we evaluated readily accessible structural and electrical elements and documented the overall condition of the facility. The findings were compiled into the required recertification reports and forms for submission to the City of Boca Raton, providing ownership with a clear understanding of the building’s condition and any areas requiring future attention.
