Two Town Center

The Two Town Center property, an office complex consisting of an 11-story office tower and a three-story parking structure, required recertification to comply with the City of Boca Raton’s Building Recertification Inspection Program. Our team was engaged to perform a comprehensive structural and electrical assessment of the property, evaluating readily accessible building components, common areas, tenant spaces, and parking facilities to determine the overall condition of the structures.

Through detailed field investigations and engineering review, we documented existing conditions and prepared the required recertification reports and inspection forms for submission to the municipality. The effort provided ownership with a clear understanding of the building’s condition and any items requiring attention to maintain safety, reliability, and long-term performance. Working closely with property management, we guided the recertification process from initial inspections through final reporting, helping ensure compliance with local requirements while minimizing disruption to building operations.
