Stryker Learning Center Recertification

As part of the Broward Safety Inspection Program, BillerReinhart provided structural engineering services for the recertification of the Stryker Learning Center, a two-story commercial building. The project involved a comprehensive evaluation of the structure’s existing condition to assess its continued safety, serviceability, and compliance with Broward County’s structural inspection requirements. Working alongside the required electrical inspection efforts, our team reviewed the building’s primary structural systems and documented observations related to its overall condition and long-term performance. 

The findings were documented and presented in accordance with Broward County’s safety inspection requirements, providing ownership with a clear understanding of the building’s condition and any recommended corrective actions. Through a thorough and methodical evaluation process, the project helped support the continued safe operation of the facility while satisfying the regulatory requirements necessary for structural recertification.
