Broken Sound Country Club

Broken Sound Club engaged our team to support the recertification of its country club facilities in accordance with the City of Boca Raton’s Building Recertification Inspection Program. The assignment encompassed two low-rise buildings, associated site amenities, a pool deck, and cabana structures, requiring a comprehensive review of the property’s structural and electrical systems.

Through detailed field observations, document review, and condition assessments, we evaluated accessible building components, common areas, maintenance spaces, and recreational facilities to determine their overall condition and compliance with municipal recertification requirements. The effort included structural and electrical inspections, limited roof evaluations, and preparation of the required recertification documentation for submission to the City of Boca Raton.

Working closely with the club’s management staff, we provided a clear understanding of the facility’s condition and any items requiring future attention. The project helped position this premier club for continued safe operation while supporting long-term asset management and regulatory compliance. Through a collaborative and efficient process, the recertification program reinforced the club’s commitment to maintaining high-quality facilities for its members and guests.
