Chalfonte Condominium Towers

This assignment encompassed two concurrent projects at the Chalfonte Condominium Towers, unified by a shared goal of preserving the building’s structural integrity while enhancing its visual presence. Our team provided project management services for the comprehensive façade painting program, coordinating contractors and overseeing construction activities to ensure the work progressed efficiently and with minimal disruption to residents.

At the same time, we delivered design and construction management services for a series of targeted restoration improvements. These included concrete restoration within the lower parking garage, replacement of select balcony railings, restoration of first level planters, and repairs to critical expansion joints. Managing these efforts simultaneously required careful sequencing, clear communication, and close attention to quality so that each scope complemented the other without conflict.

In parallel with construction, we completed the building’s recertification process, aligning investigations, repairs, and documentation into a coordinated and compliant outcome. Together, these integrated services reflect a comprehensive approach to caring for the property that supports regulatory compliance, enhances resident confidence, and contributes to the continued durability and performance of the towers.
