When Do You Need Milestone Inspections Services?
Milestone inspections are required for buildings that are three stories or higher in Florida, especially for condominium and cooperative associations. According to state law, any building that reaches 30 years of age—or 25 years if located within three miles of the coastline—must undergo an initial inspection.
