Founded in 2001, Biller Reinhart Engineering Group has grown to include a team of engineers and technical support with over 160 years of combined experience in the field of structural engineering design, consultation, assessments and inspection on a multitude of projects for both public and private clients. Based in Florida with offices in Tampa, St, Petersburg, Ft. Lauderdale and in Sarasota the firm provides services to many diverse clients locally and nationally and specializes in several key areas of structural engineering including the design of new structures, restoration and renovation of existing structures, roof consulting, building envelope evaluations, engineering analysis, building studies and threshold inspections.

Services We Offer

Structural Design

BillerReinhart designs new buildings, industrial structures, and equipment support structures utilizing structural steel, reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry and timber.

Threshold Inspection

BillerReinhart performs threshold inspection services during the construction of buildings or parking garages classified as “threshold buildings” as per Florida Statutes Chapter 553.71.

Building Envelope Consulting

BillerReinhart performs studies and prepares repair specifications and drawings for building owners, prospective building owners, owner representatives, and property managers. This includes roof consulting. Our engineers ensure that every element of your building’s envelope—from roofs and walls to windows and doors—provides optimal protection against environmental factors. 

Milestone Inspection

BillerReinhart performs mandatory structural inspections for condominiums and cooperative buildings in accordance with the latest Florida Statutes. Our team evaluates structural components, identifies substantial structural deterioration if present, and recommends necessary repairs and maintenance. This proactive approach helps prevent costly damages and ensures compliance with state mandates, safeguarding property value and occupant safety.

Restoration

BillerReinhart designs the restoration of existing buildings. Impaired structural and waterproofing conditions can be restored to prolong a property’s lifespan.

Renovation
