This project consisted of the initial condition survey of the existing fenestrations (windows & doors), wind load analysis, design, assistance during bidding and negotiations, and construction phase services (shop drawing/submittal reviews, response to contractor RFI’s, project correspondence, etc.) for upgrade fenestrations and restoring the localized exterior finishes at the 11 story condominium building at the Manatee Condominium in Surfside, Florida. The project included threshold/special inspections in relations to localized concrete repairs, window & door installation, and localized stucco repairs. Even though the project was shutdown during the coronavirus pandemic, the project team remained focused and eventually completed the project.
