Roof Replacement
Removal and replacement of the flat roof covering system at the 10-story guestroom tower and elevated roof towers. Roof recover at the atrium skylight sloped roof and flat roof, as well waterproofing the vertical surfaces of the atrium skylight.
New roofing materials were installed at the main guestroom tower, elevated towers, and atrium skylight. Repairs were also performed at the atrium skylight wall, glass, and roof surfaces. The interiors of the building are no longer leak.
