Part 4 – Accomplishment: Successful Achievement of a Mission

Catapult Resized #1

Catapult Resized #2

Beginning a new year with an ending – the construction of the 38,000-square-foot facility is nearing completion with its highly anticipated opening in the upcoming weeks.

The building features a 9,000-square-foot maker space for onsite production providing entrepreneurs access to tools, technology, training and support services on a subscription basis. The amenities allow tenants to design, prototype and fabricate products.

The building also contains a 5,000-square-foot industrial kitchen, 24,000-square-feet of coworking and private office space and a rentable conference room overlooking Lake Mirror.

An ambitious project that began as an intent to restore the historic Cash Feed building in 2015, got devastated by Hurricane Irma in 2017, but was ultimately resurrected with the perseverance of Catapult Lakeland and their supporting construction team, architects, engineers, and contractors is about to be accomplished.

Biller Reinhart is honored to have had the opportunity to be a part of this project’s challenging journey from inception to completion. We wish all those involved and all the future entrepreneurs much success and hope the facility provides inspiration for decades to come.
