Functional Modernization
The existing restroom and storage areas were outdated, inefficient, and no longer met the needs of the condominium community. Aging fixtures, worn finishes, and an underutilized layout called for a complete transformation.
We completed a full renovation that reconfigured the space for modern use. The men’s and women’s bathrooms were combined into an updated unisex restroom, and part of the area was converted into a management office. New lighting, finishes, and systems were added to meet current codes and ensure long-term functionality.
The outcome was a refreshed, code-compliant, and functional space tailored to today’s standards. Residents and staff now benefit from a stylish, durable restroom and a well-lit, organized office space—designed with efficiency and comfort in mind.
