Kristen Foreman is experienced in the field of structural engineering design, consultation, assessments and inspection on a variety of projects for public and private clients. She has coordinated construction processes, documentation and quality control in the roles of owner’s representative, contractor and engineer.

She fully understands the dynamics of the contracting relationships and has experience specializing in heavy concrete restoration and waterproofing projects. Experience administering technical permits for construction, evaluating detailed construction phase plans and schedules. In addition, Mrs. Foreman has designed and evaluated traffic control plans, performed condition surveys and prepared design and construction plans and specifications for the renovation and restoration of existing structures. Mrs. Foreman has performed for clients including architects, other engineering disciplines, contractors, building owners, developers, and public entities.

Kristen has served as President for the Southeast Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute and is an active member of multiple professional organizations such as American Society of Civil Engineers, Post-Tensioning Institute, and the Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance.
