HOA managers, additional 2-hour requirement: CAMs providing services to homeowners’ associations must complete 5 additional hours of HOA-specific CE (3 of which must cover recordkeeping), bringing the total to 17 hours. Update your DBPR online account to reflect HOA service, since this determines your CE track.
