BillerReinhart was engaged to investigate persistent interior leaks occurring near adjoining building interfaces and parapet walls at Grace Lutheran Church. The assignment began with a focused condition survey of the church’s roof systems, including architectural shingles, TPO membranes, deck sheathing, flashings, sealants, parapets, and related components. Drawing on field observations, available records, and permit information, the team developed a condition assessment documenting the sources and effects of moisture intrusion and outlining practical repair recommendations. The work then extended into construction documents, bidding support, and construction-phase services, giving the church a coordinated path from investigation to implementation. By translating complex roof and envelope conditions into a clear project manual and consistent bid requirements, BillerReinhart helped the client move toward durable repairs while protecting the character and continued use of an important community facility.
