BillerReinhart Structural Group, Inc. performed structural design and prepared construction documents (drawings and specifications) for these two-story townhouses each encompassing approximately 2,700 square feet. The construction of the structures are comprised of the following: cast-in-place concrete foundations and floor slab on grade, first-story and second-story re inforced concrete masonry unit walls, and pre-engineered metal plate connected timber second floor and roof trusses.
