BillerReinhart Structural Group, Inc.provided structural engineering design, restoration, and renovation services for this historic theater which was built in the 1920’s. Walgreens, with the assistance of
BillerReinhart Structural Group, Inc., converted this historical theater into a two story structure. The project includes the addition of a structural steel elevated floor structure within the existing building, restoration of concrete walls and columns, and the addition of an elevator. The first floor accommodates the pharmacy/retail area. The new second floor accommodates a break room, bathrooms, storage space for the Walgreens store and two apartment units.
