BillerReinhart proudly announces that our president, Michael Biller, P.E., has been accepted as a Senior Member in the National Academy of Forensic Engineers.  Mr. Biller serves as a consultant for legal issues involving buildings and other structures, including structural failures, building settlement related damage, sinkhole losses, storm/wind damage, insect damage, fire damage, and vehicular impact.
